Yes, according to the research, playing video games can stimulate learning of facts and skills such as strategic thinking, mind co-ordination, creativity and innovative thinking but it does not required of any physical challenge such as cardiovascular fitness or even muscle endurance. Playing outdoors is a form of exercise that promotes well-being and wholesome physical development. It allows us to explore the environment, develop muscle strength, mind and body coordination, and gain self-confidence. Playing actively outdoors also increases flexibility, fine and gross motor skills and is related to the development of a wide variety of physical skills, including those involved in sports.
